- - Delivery of NON-PROMOTIONAL ITEMS via "Nova Poshta" - (free delivery to the branch)
• Courier delivery
- We provide courier door-to-door delivery throughout Ukraine (paid by the recipient according to the carrier's rates)
• Self-pickup from the store
- You can pick up your order yourself at our store. Self-pickup is available from the store in Slavuta at 1/2 Pryvokzalna St., Khmelnytskyi region, 30000.
Delivery times vary for each carrier, averaging from 1 to 3 days depending on the destination city.
Order Payment Methods
• Online Payment
- Payment should be made only after the manager confirms the availability of the goods in stock. We accept VISA/MASTERCARD.
• Payment to Courier
- Courier delivery is carried out by city carrier companies. Your order will be dispatched the day after it is placed. Delivery takes 1 to 3 days. You can pay the courier upon receipt.
• Cash on Delivery
- You pay the cost of the goods upon receipt at the carrier's warehouse. At the same time, you pay a commission for transferring money to us. Usually, it is 1-2% of the amount of the goods being transferred.
* To receive the goods, you must have an identity document with you (passport, driver's license, etc.).
Product Warranty
* The warranty period duration is specified in the warranty card and begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty period for products from TM "MIRATER":
- - 24 months for use in individual residential premises.
- - 18 months for use in public places (commercial structures, theaters, hotels, etc.)
