Terms of exchange and return of goods of proper quality
Mirater exchanges and accepts returns of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, Article 9:
The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for similar goods from the seller they were bought from if the goods do not suit them in shape, dimensions, style, colour or size, or cannot be used for their intended purpose for other reasons.
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.
Goods can be returned or exchanged if:
- The item has not been used.
- Its original appearance is preserved.
- Its consumer properties and packaging are preserved.
- There is the receipt issued to the consumer together with the item sold.
