Warranty and service
Manufacturer’s warranty and warranty service rules
- The MIRATER company (the “Manufacturer”) guarantees that at the time of purchase the furniture (the “Product”) listed in the warranty card is complete, free of mechanical damage and meets the established quality standards, safety requirements and the terms of the sales contract.
- The company guarantees that its products — “Bathroom furniture” — comply with GOST 16371-93 “Furniture. General specifications”, provided the conditions of transport, storage and use are observed.
- The Manufacturer repairs the Product free of charge only if manufacturing defects are found.
- The buyer checks that the Product is complete on receipt, in the presence of the seller. After the sale, claims regarding completeness and mechanical damage (impact marks, chips, stains, etc.) are not accepted.
- The warranty is valid with a warranty card stamped by the seller and signed by the buyer. All fields of the warranty card must be filled in!
- The warranty period of the Product is 24 months in private homes and 18 months in public places (commercial premises, theatres, hotels, etc.).
- The length of the warranty period is stated in the warranty card and starts on the day of purchase.
- The date of sale and the date of manufacture are stated in the warranty card.
- The warranty on replaced components ends together with the warranty on the Product.
- The Manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage directly or indirectly caused by MIRATER products to people, pets or property if it results from failure to follow the rules and conditions of use and installation, or from intentional or careless actions of the consumer or third parties.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse free warranty repair in the following cases:
- The Product shows signs of tampering or of an attempted self-repair.
- Unauthorised changes to the design of the Product are found.
- The Product was used other than for its intended purpose or in conditions it is not designed for.
- The Product was used with fittings not provided by the Manufacturer.
- The warranty card contains corrections not certified by the Manufacturer.
- The Product was damaged by an incorrect connection to the mains.
- There are signs that wet or damp items were stored inside the furniture, or front parts and carcass parts are delaminated, cracked or swollen as a result of direct contact with water.
- The defect arose because threaded joints were not retightened from time to time as needed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage, internal or external, caused by improper use, installation or transport.
- Damage caused by corrosive substances and liquids getting onto the surface of the Product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire or household factors.
If you find a fault or defect, please contact the MIRATER company through the seller and file a complaint in the manner provided by law.
